Donald has been in the advertising and media industry for over 13 years and has held senior management positions for the past 6 years.
He is responsible for the overall P&L of the region, driving sales growth by working closely with brands and agencies, and OTM’s mobile operator partners.
Prior to joining OTM his most recent position at Carat South Africa saw Donald become one of the youngest Managing Directors in SA. Before that, he worked at Posterscope, driving wider team growth and working closely with major media brands to grow the business in Ghana, Kenya and Nigeria prior to heading up the South Africa division in 2018.
He is a frequent speaker at digital marketing conferences, he sits on the Advertising Media Forum (AMF) board and has served as a judge for the media innovation category at the Loerie awards and the full media of the AMASA awards.
He holds a Media Studies diploma with a specialization in Strategic Advertising from the Boston Media House and University of Johannesburg.
